Title: The Photographers Giving Back Award
Deadline: January 31, 2010
Description: The Photographers Giving Back Photo Award is a charity project celebrating top photography from around the world and at the same time giving back to the people who so often become the subject for photographers- exposed and vulnerable people.
Prizes: The prize pool is US$21,000 in cash. US$10,000 is awarded to the winner in the category Picture of the Year. There is a cash prize of US$1,000 for each 1st prize winner in the other categories. The PGB Photo Award bronze statue is presented to all 1st, 2nd and 3rd prize winners in every category.
Eligibility: The competition is open to all professional and gifted amateur photographers worldwide.
