Canon’s Celebrating My City Photography Competition

The Celebrating My City Photography Competition is being sponsored by Canon and is managed and run by Gulf Photo Plus. The competition has been launched with a view to develop and nurture the community of amateur photographers in the Middle East and North African region.

Deadline: April 20th, 2010

Prizes: One winner will be selected from each participating country and will be awarded a Canon EOS 500D DSLR with a 18-55mm Kit lens or Canon Pixma Pro 9500 Mark II photo printer. One Grand Prize Winner will be selected amongst the 13 countries who will be awarded a Canon EOS 550D DSLR Camera and an all-expense paid trip to Dubai and Beirut for two nights at every destination for two people.

Eligibility: The competition is open to all amateur and professional photographers in the following countries: UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Lebanon, Syria, Egypt, Jordan, Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia. Only one Entry per participant may be submitted.
