Brooklyn, NY, January 21, 2011/Photography News/ MacPhun LLC, developer of photo and video apps, promises additional bonus from $1,000 to $5,000 to the one who downloads the 10th billion app from the App Store. $1,000 – if it is any app from Photography category, $5,000 – if the app is FX Photo Studio.

As it was announced not so long ago, Apple App Store is about to hit 10 billion downloads worldwide. A person to purchase the 10th billion app can win $10,000 iTunes gift card from Apple. The live countdown on the iTunes shows that this will happen very soon.

MacPhun LLC, the developer of photo and video apps for iOS devices, has promised additional $5,000, if it's app FX Photo Studio becomes the 10th billion app downloaded, which means that the lucky user of iPhone, iPod touch or iPad can now expect to get a total of $15,000.

And there is more to that. With an idea to drive more attention to the Photography category of the App Store, MacPhun promises $1,000 iTunes Gift Card, if any photography app becomes the One. This can be any photo application, by any developer, created anywhere in the world, as long as it is available on the App Store and hits the 10th billion download, developers say.

MacPhun LLC is also a creator of Perfect Photo for iPhone, PhotoPal for iPad and Vintage Video Maker. FX Photo Studio (iPhone, iPad, iPod touch) has been the most popular product of the developer so far with a stable ranking in TOP 10 photo app (USA App Store) since its launch in 2009. After the recent update the app features the largest collection of photo effects and filters on the App Store (181 in total), plus a variety of options to process images with these effects. Users can apply single or multiple effects to one image; customize every single effect, save combinations of layers to presets and also share mixes of effects with other users via special preset codes.
