Finally, concrete evidence that vampires are real, and Nicolas Cage is one of them! The “proof”? A Civil War era photograph of Nicolas Cage by Confederate prisoner-of-war
photographer Professor G.B. Smith being auctioned off on eBay by vintage
photograph seller jack_mord.
"Original c.1870 carte de visite showing a
man who looks exactly like Nick Cage. Personally, I believe it’s him
and that he is some sort of walking undead / vampire, et cetera, who
quickens / reinvents himself once every 75 years or so. 150 years from
now, he might be a politician, the leader of a cult, or a talk show
host. This is not a trick photo, it’s an original photograph of a man who lived in Bristol, TN sometime around the Civil War," claims the seller on his eBay listing.
This photographic piece of cinematic weirdness can be yours for the low price of $1 million.
When you head over to eBay to bid on the photo yourself, be sure to check out the Q&A for the listing as well. It has a few gems in there: "Q: Do I get a discount if I AM Nicolas Cage??" "A: Of course. You get a 25% discount for being Nicolas Cage, and another 25% for not exsanguinating me."
