No entry fee.
Prizes:
As the Grand Prize winner, you will be flown
to your choice city and stay at an Oakwood serviced apartment where you
can create new memories with your NIKON 1 J1 digital camera.
Three runner-up winners will each be awarded with a NIKON COOLPIX
P7100, boasting advanced functionality for the highest quality images.

Winner selection:
The entries will be selected and judged based on
their relevance to the theme of ‘Most Memorable’, creativity and overall
technical quality. (a) A panel of photography experts will select 50
images for public voting. (b) The winning 4 images will be selected
based on public voting.
Usage rights:
Entrants grant to Oakwood Asia Pacific Ltd., Nikon,
and its campaign partners the right to use and publish their images,
captions and proper name online, in print or in any other media in
connection with the Contest. Acceptance of a prize constitutes
permission for Oakwood Asia Pacific Ltd. and its advertising and
promotional agencies and campaign partners to use winners' names and
likeness' for advertising and promotional purposes without additional
compensation unless prohibited by law.

Interesting contest! Attending. But I feel there are organizations that try and take benefit of the photographer's art by taking away all the credit & copyrights they deserve. Not sure if i'll always be a fan of such illegitimate ways of conducting contests.
