October 11, 2012 /Photography News/ The Pocono Arts Council & Pocono Mountain Arts Council present Altered State?2, an open call for photographs that challenge the  featured or objective view of the world by incorporating subjective elements such as imagination, spirituality, mythology, magic, and mysticism.

Work is welcome in a variety of processes, from analog photographs to digitally manipulated work. Incorporation of artistic mediums, such as paint or found objects, is encouraged as long as the piece is photographic based.

$1000 in prizes

Entry Fees: Student: $15; Adult: $20 (two images)
