can be defined as “scribbles” or “doodles” on walls, sidewalks, doors or the
sides of trains. Graffiti by nature is a controversy. To some it is mere
vandalism, but to others it may be considered an art form. Its roots can be
traced to ancient Greece and to the Roman Empire. Graffiti may embellish
abandoned buildings with colorful and elaborate designs or it can be simple
political or moral statements painted on brick walls. PictureCompete is seeking
your best representation of this method of expression.
